Crew: Fly with a copilot and flight attendants
Planes with a MTOW > 12,500 pounds require a copilot.
Planes with 50 pax seats require a flight attendant. 100 pax seats require two flight attendants.
Icons in the plane carousel tell you which crew are mandatory. You can add crew even if they're not required, when applicable.
Copilot reduces pilot fatigue so they can fly longer distances.
Flight attendants tend to the passenger's needs to build your reputation.
Reputation reduces fees for renting, loan interest, moving players, etc.
